Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OpenClaw OVH Hosting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

Service Description

OpenClaw OVH Hosting provides managed deployment and maintenance of the OpenClaw AI assistant platform on OVHcloud infrastructure. We handle provisioning, updates, monitoring, and support while you retain full ownership of your server and data.

Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Infrastructure and Billing

Our management subscription is billed separately from your OVHcloud infrastructure costs. OVHcloud bills you directly for server resources. You may cancel your management subscription at any time with no long-term contracts.

Data Ownership

You own all data stored on your OVHcloud instance, including AI conversations, configurations, and files. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. Upon cancellation, your data remains on your server.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Distribute malware or engage in unauthorized access of systems.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages through integrated platforms.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. OVHcloud infrastructure availability is subject to their own SLA terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClaw OVH Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
